To change the language of the receipt printout, you must first follow these steps.
- First, set the language of your device to the same language you want to receive on the invoice. So, if you want to use English on the receipt printout, you must change the language of your device to English.
ATTENTION: If you do not change the language of your device, you may not receive the correct printout in the language you want on the receipt printout. - After changing the language of your device, you need to clear the data of the Google Play Store application.
- Then, download the application again from Google Play Store and follow the steps below.
STEPS:
1- Login to the RePOS application with “SYSTEM ADMIN” user.
2- Then, access the Administrator Settings section by entering the Management Menu from the upper left lined section. Click to ADMINISTRATION MENUS and then click to Admin Settings.
3- On the screen that opens, go to the Cashier Printer Settings section. Bluetooth, Ethernet and USB printer types will appear here. Since this topic is standard for every printer type, this explanation will be done via Bluetooth. In this section, click on the Printer Selection tab and click on the Bluetooth Printer option.
4- Click on the Bluetooth device you want to connect to.
Note: Please first pair your Bluetooth Device with the device you are using. Model PT-210 was used as an example device.
5- To change the Printing Language after the connection is completed, turn on the Change Character Code option in Cashier Printer Settings. On the screen that opens, type the Character Code of your Bluetooth device here.
Language code ”39” written above is the code of Standard English language. It should be noted that this code is not the same for every device. Because the features of each device are independent from each other, their LANGUAGE CODES are also different. If you want to print in your own language, you must first find the PRINTER LANGUAGE CODES of your printer model from the relevant manufacturer’s page or promotional brochures. After finding the printer language code, you need to enter the relevant language code in the field above.
