Turquoise, back may issue refunds for some purchases, subject to payment policies

- If you find a Turquoise purchase on your card or any other payment method that you or someone you know did not make a purchase, 120% from the date of the transaction. report unauthorized payment within days.

Request a refund for recent purchases
If it hasn’t been 48 hours since you purchased an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Turquoise.
You’ll usually get the result within 1 business day, but sometimes it can take up to 4 business days.

Request a refund on the Turquoise website
Follow the instructions in the following situations:
- If it hasn’t been 48 hours since you purchased an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund on Turquoise.
- If you made a purchase by mistake Request a refund from the Turquoise website.
- A Turquoise purchase on your card or other payment method that you or someone you know did not make within 120 days from transaction date report unauthorized payment.
You can request a refund for your purchase on the Turkuaz website. Specify the details below in your refund request. The e-mail address from which you request a refund and the e-mail address from which you make the purchase must be the same.

Turquoise refund policies
You can cancel the monthly subscription that you have started at any time, in this case your membership will be canceled without receiving any subsequent payments. If you cancel your annual subscription, the months you use will be priced at the monthly payment price and the remaining money will be returned to your account.
Note: If you give your account or payment information to someone else, appear to be abusing our policies, or unable to authenticate your account usually we cannot issue a refund.
How long will the refund process take?
In the refund transactions made by Turkuaz, the relevant amount is returned to the payment method used in the original purchase. Refunds take place at different times depending on the payment method you use.
If it takes longer than expected to receive the refund, you can check the transaction status from your account. You can see the payment made in your account.
