This page will explain how to change the payment method.

STEPS:

1- Login to the RePOS application with “SYSTEM ADMIN” user.

2- Click to Menu Button on the top left. Click to CASHIER MENUS and then click to Cashier Settings.

3- On the cashier settings screen, enter the Payment Type Settings tab. Click on the ‘Edit Payment Type‘ section.

4- Default payment types will appear. To change these payment types, tap on the relevant payment type. Enter the name of the payment type you want to add on the screen and click the ‘OK‘ button. This way, you can also edit other payment types.

For example, I edited the Option payment type as TEXT 1.

As you can see, I changed the payment type to TEXT 1.

5- To activate the payment type we added, go to the Active External Payment Types section.

For example, we have added the TEXT 1 payment method. To activate this payment method, click the OK button.

6- To use the newly added payment method in orders, click on the Menu bar in the top-left corner. Then, navigate to the Quick Order tab under the CASHIER MENUS section.

For example, Ezogelin Soup, Lentil Soup, and Raw Meatballs were selected as dish options.

7- The accuracy of the selected items is checked on the order summary screen. Then, click the PAYMENT button.

8- On the payment screen, tap on the Meal Ticket payment method, which is located on the far right. To define the newly added payment method, please long-press on the Meal Ticket payment method.

In the opened screen, select the newly added payment method. For example, Text 1.

Then, click the COMPLETE button.

9- The payment process has been successfully completed.
