It is very important for businesses to follow the workflow and make end-of-day checks. RePOS records your workflow as well as being a fast sales and ordering application. It allows you to receive periodic reports about your business.
How to View Reports in RePOS Application?
To view the reports, the application is logged in from the Cashier User. From the left sliding menu, tap the Reports tab.
Reports of your business are displayed in this area.
The desired report date is selected from the Report Period or Calendar fields.
Payment Types
The report titled “Payment Types” shows which payment methods are used in the sales you make in your business.
When the report title is touched, the detailed view of the relevant report is opened. In the report detail, total sales, total profit, total discount, total canceled sales can be displayed here as amount and ratio.
Sales by Time
The “Sales Amounts by Time” Report shows how many of each product were sold on which date.
When the report title is touched, the detailed view of the relevant report is opened. In the report detail, the total number of orders, the total number of payments, the total payment amount, the total amount and amount of canceled orders can be displayed here.
Stock status
“Critical Stock Status” Report shows the stock status of your stock management active products in the selected reporting period.
When the report title is touched, the detailed view of the relevant report is opened. In the report detail, you can view the stock status of your products in detail and track your stocks.
Best Sellers
The ‘Top 10 Products’ Report shows the top ten best-selling products in the selected reporting period.
When the report title is touched, the detailed view of the relevant report is opened. You can see in detail how many of each product was sold in the report detail.
Top Earnings
The ‘Top 10 Profiting Products’ Report shows the top ten highest paying products in the selected reporting period. In order to obtain this report more accurately, it should be noted that purchase prices must be entered when adding your products.
When the report title is touched, the detailed view of the relevant report is opened. In the report detail, you can see how many of each product was sold, the sales amount and the product profit amounts in detail.
Sales by User
The “Sales by User” Report shows how much sales each user made in the selected report period. It should be noted that more than one user must be added to obtain this report more accurately.
When the report title is touched, the detailed view of the relevant report is opened. In the report detail, you can see which user made how much sales as the amount. In this way, you can evaluate the performance of your employees.
