This page will explain the steps on how to order from the menu.
- Review the Menu: Take a look at the restaurant’s menu. Decide on the dishes and beverages you’d like to order.
- Select Items: Choose the dishes you want from the menu and specify the quantities. If you have any special requests (e.g., allergies or specific preparation instructions), mention them.
- Creating Your Order: Add the selected items from the menu to your cart either on the restaurant’s online platform or by calling them.
- Choose Delivery or Pickup: Decide whether you want delivery or if you’ll pick up the order yourself. If opting for delivery, input the correct delivery address.
- Make Payment: Select the payment method and enter the necessary details to complete the order.
- Confirmation: Review your order to ensure accuracy. After completing the payment process, you’ll receive a notification confirming that your order has been placed.
STEPS:
1- Login to the RePOS application with “System Admin” user.
2- Click to Menu icon on the top left. Click to CASHIER MENUS and then click to Quick Order. Open the menu category and select the menu item. (As an example in the instructions, the Hamburger Menu item has been chosen.)
3- Select the main item that comprises the menu. Here, the ‘Minimum: 1’ notation is a condition set while creating the menu. It’s mandatory to add at least one main item to this menu. 4- Select the ingredients you want to add or remove from the chosen item. The ‘Maximum: 2’ notation seen in the examples indicates that a maximum of 2 items can be selected. This condition was set when creating the menu; however, you can modify this value if desired. Alternatively, you can also set a minimum requirement for additions. You can adjust the Maximum/Minimum conditions for the menu content in the ‘Edit Menu Contents’ section.
5- Open the order summary and complete the process by accepting the order payment.
